Despatch and Delivery

The Royal Mail Standard UK delivery service normal takes 2-3 days from the time of despatch. My Hermes can take a little longer, but is often cheaper (especially for larger items). Typically, orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt. However there may occasionally be a short delay (eg at busy times, or when items are in production or temporarily out of stock). Should this be the case, you will be notified by email.

 

Refunds​

In the event of you not being fully satisfied with your purchase, or if you change your mind, a full refund will be made for any item returned in perfect, saleable condition within 14 days of original despatch (plus an appropriate allowance for shipping time). Shipping costs are not eligible for refund and the cost of return will be borne by the customer. Items returned damaged will not be refunded.

 

Privacy

Your privacy is very important. Personal information gathered through this web site will only be used to keep you informed of new products or offers which may be of interest to you. This information will NEVER be shared with any third party. 

 

Secure Payments

The 'Off the Wall' web site uses two trusted and highly secure third party payment gateways, 'Paypal ' and ‘Stripe’ Credit Card/Debit Card processing. Your payment details are held only by these payment processors and are shared with no one else.

Whilst every effort is made to achieve consistency, there will inevitably be some minor differences between purchased products and the relevant photographs on the site (eg slight variations in colour, lie of the wood grain, position of knots etc).
