Set of Four Celtic Knot Coasters

Dating from the 5th Century AD, the Celtic Knot is believed to be an ancient symbol of eternity, perhaps in relation to life, faith, love or friendship. It also makes a nice resting place for a glass of your favourite malt!

Measuring 95mm x 95mm x 7mm (approx), the coasters are hand made using 2 layers of 3mm poplar wood backed with a wool mix felt. The pigments used are both heat and water resistant and the coasters can simply be wiped clean with a damp cloth. These coasters are unlike anything you will see anywhere else.

 

 

Please note: All 'Off the Wall' products are entirely hand made. Therefore whilst I make every effort to maintain uniformity, there will inevitably be variations from one item to another (eg exact colour, knotting and grain in the wood etc). That's what makes each wall art unique!
