Delivery Information

 

UK Customers

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout using the accrued weight and volume of all the items in your shopping cart. You can choose between Royal Mail Standard delivery or My Hermes. Alternatively, you can opt to collect in person from our shop in Tomintoul. Use the drop down menu to select the best option for you. We currently only offer this automated service for UK customers. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please see below.

 

Despatch and Delivery

The Royal Mail Standard UK delivery service normal takes 2-3 days from the time of despatch. My Hermes can take a little longer, but is often cheaper (especially for larger items). Typically, orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt. However there may occasionally be a short delay (eg at busy times, or when items are in production or temporarily out of stock). Should this be the case, you will be notified by email.

 

Ordering from outside the UK

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact me by email with details of your address and the item(s) you wish to purchase. I will endeavour to find the most appropriate and cost effective way of shipping your order to you.
